You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. The jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition and in its packaging. The refund will be issued within 5 business days after receiving the return. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After receipt and verification, a refund will be issued within 5 to 10 days.
